The property was under construction so there was no room available to stay and there was no kitchen as well The owner of the property asked to raise a refund of the amount paid

Experience is quite good along with tasty food with amazing and helpful staf, location is peaceful, had a great time there

it was good clean and well maintained room. location is comfortable for triveni sangam. infra is not permanent resorts just an temporary made one

very distant from rly station, brocken cottage, no electricity, no ac, dirty dining. no convence, loanly situated, dirty cottage. pls dont facilitate book from make my trip.

As per cost charged per room it is not worthwhile as toilet is very fragile and mosquito r there ..sleeping bed is very good but food is below average It is always dicy to reach at the location in time and response from reception on phone is poor

The most horrible experience and these guys let some other family into our room while we were out for the day. The experience was worst than a 1 star for the money they are charging. Our bags were open and there were a lot of things in it. The staff was extremely rude and telling us that we didn't have the room but our booking was for more days. It was a screw up at their end. The were extremely unhelpful. It raises question on security when one is staying at the property.

The food, room cleanliness and environment were good, but there were lots of mosquitoes which were very terrible for sleeping and that should be taken care of.

Too many mosquitoes. Carpet wet in bathroom area as plumbing leakages and no one came to fix it. Slow service with towels and when they came they were wet

It’s very bad what pictures show and services promised was not given like safe or pick up or laundry floor is uneven and dangerous for elderly very unorganized food was average

there was complete mismanagement no proper food , tents fill up with mosquito 🦟 total cious , inside campus tent preparation work going on till night disturbing sleep over night just a over priced over hyped place

Very disappointed with safety concerns at the hotel. Late at night, hotel staff is trying to show the tent rooms to other guests and coming into the tent without checking if it is already occupied or even knocking on the door. It happened to us twice in one night. There are many people working on tents and rooms without there being any security personnel to check on things. Food was average and not being served on time. They are charging exorbitant rates for the hotel rooms but giving service of a 1-star hotel.
