It’s a decent accommodation on the busy Bailey Road. Not really a four star 🌟 type but services are good, and that it’s close to the airport. They can invest in new buckets and mugs in the washroom.

A Pleasant Stay with a Few Suggestions

During my recent stay, I observed a few areas where improvement could further enhance the overall guest experience: (1) Breakfast & Food Quality – The breakfast spread requires improvement as the food quality appeared to be below the standards experienced during earlier visits. (2) Restaurant Comfort – While the service provided by the restaurant staff was courteous and attentive, the lunch experience was impacted due to inadequate air-conditioning. Operating only one AC unit or switching it off, even when guest numbers were low, created discomfort. (3) Front Office Interaction – The front office staff were polite and helpful. However, they would benefit from additional briefing and training, particularly on handling corporate guests and frequent/repeat visitors with greater personalisation. (4) Housekeeping & Engineering – Both teams were efficient, attentive, and quick to resolve issues. Their promptness is highly appreciated. (5) Bell Desk & Doorman Services – The bell boys and doormen were humble, cooperative, and consistently courteous, which left a very positive impression. Overall, the hospitality remains positive, and these observations are shared in the spirit of constructive feedback. However, I am rating this stay four stars, as I understand the importance of review ratings and genuinely value the efforts of the entire team.
