In the hotel security was not at all good no privacy at all horrible stay i check out 1 day prior due to security lapse . i was in trouble only the GM of the hotel helped me.

The hotel stay was good and comfortable. Due to high occupancy Few times hot water was not there and laundry was not available. The staff was nice and helpful mostly. 1 or 2 people stair at you and your partner that made us little uncomfortable. Overall really good and cab service would have been a plus.

Food is one of the major ups from my side., we get all the luxurious amenities and staff behaviour is top notch, they were really professionals and took every effort to make my stay pleasant.

the property is overhyped. 1. staff were not very accommodating and denied multiple reasonable requests. 2. the bathroom didn’t have any exhaust and smelled real bad. 3. room was spacious but they overcharged us. there were two twin beds which could accommodate 4 people and we were just 3 people in total but they refused to allow one more person as guest since the booking was only for two people. 4. there was no facility for our driver to stay at. they refused to provide any accommodation to him. he had to sleep in car in cold. would not recommend anyone to stay here. pathetic experience.
