Very poor service I have ever seen.

The hotel is good staff is very good but the room not as I expected And the towel they provided me is like centuries old and ripped on both side

Very bad experience. Room so dirty. The staff management was not good at all. Staff talks very rudely and his beware is not good and he is not cooperative recording the facility. Is nothing according to tariff for the facility.

It was a really wonderful and comfortable stay there. Usually, i used to prefer booking hotels by visiting in person but, this time, i trusted on makemytrip. And they won my trust forever. The property was as good as looking in the mmt, and the cost beat the facilities they offered, briefing: 1. The receptionist who attended us and guided the location was so polite and clear. 2. All the staff were cool and professional. 3. The food offering via telephone was world-class. 4. Accessories provided like dental and bathing kit were, luxurious. 5. It is at walking distance to isbt. 5. We just had a wonderful time.

It was an okayish stay, the food was nice though, the room wasn't spacious enough for the amount of money charged

Room cleanliness and amenities can be bettered. Restaurants should be updated, items for eatery are season specific

Hotel staff not friendly they don't know how to talk costumer. And other guest pass bad comments.

Very pathetic service and hygiene issues already there, my experience was very bad with this yuvraj inn hotel property.

Lift is not working, rooms are very dirty and even toilet is very dirty, only staff is very promising.

2. So the main problem was electricity, other than that geyser was not working. There was extreme smell of smoking. Bedsheets had tiny insects. All in all a very poor experience.

The rooms have various issues. There was an issue in the a. C. Of 1st room allotted to me. 2 and room the toilet flush os not working. The ambience of thr other rooms are savvy & not at all recommended for staying. The behaviour of the staffs are rude & unprofessional. Foods are also worst category.

Hotel is pathetically no window no clean nines no breakfast included washrooms are very small n untidy. Horoecperience

Rooms and toilets are terrible

My stay was for 3 nights and 4 days. The suite of any hotel is supposed to be there best room but there was not enough space to even walk near the bed. However, bed could accommodate even 3 persons easily and room was spacious otherwise. It didn't feel like a suite. There was no glass in the ventilation area in bathroom. Staff seems under-trained. After check in they went to every room with their electrician for checking the tv(which was not working in any of the rooms as my friends were staying in other rooms. It was a huge disturbance for me but they still insisted to allow that which was very annoying. They even called (disturbed) me at 7. 30am to ask me whether i had any problem with any equipment. Also they didn't had any electric kettle in the suite. I had to ask for lukewarm water in the morning and they took around 20 minutes for that. Restaurant staff was good and food was also good. All in all my experience was above average for the suite as i expected more
