Hotel Tawang Heights

Super deluxe room are okay. The room does not have any view. The rooms are very small. The room which was allotted to earth had leakage in the bathroom. The the water was leaking from the ceiling and hence the always wet.stinky and had insects. It was very unhygienic. Breakfast had very limited choice. And restaurant ensure that we will not get the hot food. The toast were made sometime in the morning and hence all the tourist where force to have the hard toast. The room service was not good. At 10 o'clock in the night we wanted and extra blanket and where drawing to call the reception. It was told that the reception and the restaurant number is the same. But no one border to take our call. We also called on the mobile number provided on mmt, but no one answered. Finally we had to call on the mobile number from the Google. This was really very inconvenient.

find the hotel thru MMT, The location is good on the main road. Food is very nice here and rates are reasonable. Services are excellent. all staff are very cooperative and prompt in service. Parking is available. Room is small of size max. 10 fit x9 fit. Nice stay here.

We are sr. Citizen couple and found out this hotel through reviews. But our experience was not good only due to the rude attitude of the cafeteria women. The food quality is hopeless and any complaint falls on the deaf ears of the women waiters. We stayed in room no 401. The hotel room -standard is ok but relatively smaller. There is no valet parking for the hired taxis. It has to be in the available space like in any other hilly location. The hotel provides electric kettle, tea/coffee kits, and toiletries replenish-able daily. Rooms are cleaned up daily. Panel type room heater is provided in each room and the heating is good. The hotel is accessible to the physically abled visitors also. The bathroom has geyser. The place tawang has frequent power cuts. Daily there is power cut in the morning from 530 hrs to upto 0645 hrs. There is power back up immediately. Lift is provided. The hotel front desk staff arranges army special permit to visit the Bum La pass. For that we need to provide them with ilp, adhar details. The cost of permit is rs. 500- and the taxi 9either innova or mahindra suv is arranged0 for standard rate of rs - the front desk women staff is very polite and helpful and attends to our querries and needs.

Service was good but the room was too small, there was no space to move. I have spoken to the front desk but they could not help. I couldn't find any better room since all the big rooms were occupied.

Hotel is good, as per location recommended to stay. Hotel needs to improve service. After power cut you have to request to start generator. Laundry service is pathetic. Food is not bad. Facilities available with tawang heights they just need to manage bit professions.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The rooms are not too big and don't expect them to have all amenities. However, each room has a heater which is good given the weather in tawang. The restaurant staff are very nice and extremely accommodating. Please be careful of the front desk- a few of them are very rude and not at all accommodating to the guests' needs. Also, be sure to carry an air-tel sim with you as no other networks function in tawang and the hotel wifi is extremely unreliable too.

We have booked a super deluxe room. But during check in they said they only have deluxe room and it's a very small room with bad view from window.

The hotel location is good. However hotel higen not maintained. Food quantities need to improve. Dinner orders or any requests require lots of time as well as follow-up. The room was very dirty. Afte are request to change the bed sheets staff not change the same. Very disappointed

Place was perfect. Only the omlet was totally indigestable.

The place was perfect for staying. Location was good. The only bad thing was the omlet which was served everyday in breakfast. May be it was under-cooked or they mixed something with it which caused every member of my family to suffer from indigestion

Overall the hotel was good. Staff was excellent and very helpfull. However there are a few thi gs that needs to be pointed out. The normal rooms are pretty small and cold. There is no air conditioning, however a heater is provided which helps but just. There is some sort of a smell in the bathroom and is probably caused by bad design. There are no hooks to hang clothes. Because of all this we had to upgrade to bigger room on level 4. Food is very good, we had two dinners in the restaurant and both meals were very good. Dining room was cold since it has no air-conditioning too.
