Check-in process is too slow the receptionist can't even find the booking number or PRN no. Even after providing booking number and PRN no. For a moment they made me feels like Im fooling them. There no television recharge for entertainment.

The staffs were great and the hotel was clean too but the geyser wasn't working and the toilet comot seat was broken. There were no similar rooms available and had to stay in the same room without warm water and a broken comot seat. But overall experience was okay.

I forgot my earrings in the hotel on the bed slab but when I went to take it back it was not there . I asked at the reception they said the house keeping didn’t get anything from the hotel room. I remember it clearly that i left it there but it was taken by someone while cleaning .

The hotel stay was pleasant overall. The room was clean and well-maintained, though a bit smaller than expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. However, the Wi-Fi could have been faster, and the breakfast options were limited.

Had a wonderful experience, the rooms were clean and the service was excellent. Looking forward to visit again soon.

We stayed for few days and the stay experience was very pleasant. Food was good. Room was clean and enough airflow once the windows opened.

This is the 4th time me booking this hotel for my guests and myself. Every trip said by guests or with personal experience is good so far. Food are nice at room service, staffs are helpful and ready to engage and understand needs. I will look forward to book again when i come to dimapur.

Decent rooms at good pricing, 15-20mins drive to the airport. Staff were courteous and prompt to our requests. What we really like was the e-kettle as we required warm/hot water now and then. Would surely visit/stay again in future. Thanks

Hotel service is good but i am embarrassed because in the name of routine security check police came to my room which is quite not acceptable since my wife is also feeling uncomfortable. Hotel infrastructure also not that much of good it's average. Stay at hotel is ok, hotel service is good. the furniture of the room also not that good it's average. Thank you

Our stay@the seasons hotel was awesome. All of the front office personnel were very helpful, especially mr. Raizol(if i'm spelling it correctly. House keeping personnel were very prompt with their cleanliness and keeping the rooms clean everyday. Room service was always with a big smile and professional. Breakfast was way too good and so was the lunch & dinner(lots of improvement can be done to make it the best. Thank you mm t & hotet seasons for making our stay memorable.

Was not sure during booking as most of the time we booked hotels near to railway station area. Turns out that the hotel is excellent in terms of its cleanliness and amenities. There were kettle with teabags which was unexpected, geyser took little longer to work right. There are options of restaurants around few miles. Transportation was not tough to access. But what really makes us happy is the hygiene of the hotel. It’s 5/5 without question. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is coming to stay with family members. Thank you

The service was excellent. The room tariffs were excellent and the rooms were clean.

The room are comfortable and the services provided is so good. And the staff are kind too.

It is located at a very accessible place by the national highway with proper parking facilities.
