Very terrible experience no attendent to handle my luggage , smelly washrooms , worst experiance ever , if i can give rating in minus i would give -100 stars the receptionist ‘s behavior was very rude & the receptionist was insisting us to sign on blank papers

Don't even consider this place

not for couples. no privacy. safety is questionable. it's a few rooms in a line. windows open to the corridor and behind to a large bushy unsecured area. door and lock are flimsy. no restaurant or food service. one can go to the Nagari Village for food. no breakfast, no tea or coffee. unclean rooms. torn and unwashed linen. bathroom stink. it's too expensive due to all the above .

All aminities are good and well maintained. Only they should arrange for at least tea / coffee service in the morning. As no tea coffee is available nearby in the morning before 8-30am.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and i must say, it was a wonderful experience! the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. *cleanliness* the hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The rooms, lobby, and common areas were all immaculate. *comfort* the rooms were comfortable and restful, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. *staff* the staff behavior was exceptional. They were friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. *overall* i highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It's a quite, lots open space, fresh air, good room, nice bathroom. The reception is manned with understanding, kind and humble persons. Protected parking, lots of space. No meals and food but next door is a good veg g restaurant.

Not recommended for stay

familyThere is no facility except room. Only one staff member in the hotel that was the receptionist. He didn't help to carry the luggage from reception to room and told that there is no one for the work. One restaurant which is outside the hotel and also allowed for local people. Heavy rush in the restaurant but food was good. Not recommended for stay. Not value of money.

Room service is very bad. Ordered food not delivered in room. Other stuff like bathing soap, towel and napkins are not provided by the hotel even if u rent a deluxe room also.

Dirty bedsheets, reception person asking for additional money for 3rd person, inspite of booking of 3 persons Thanks to mm t customer care for prompt response and resolving problem. Toilets seat was dirty. Overall very average stay. Will not recommend this property for family traveler.
