Room was big and Nice. Entire area of the hotel was good and near to local transport.

Nice old styled rooms ..food was good ..service was good and location was excellent

Location is great! Breakfast options are mediocre and service is very poor. Check-out time is 8.00 am which is too early for such a property, as their breakfast service begins at 8.00 am! Check-out time should be 11.00 am which is a norm in the Hotel Industry.

I was charged extra other than tarrif And I was asked to cancel my booking and pay the bill offline as per their own high scaled tarrif plan

Rooms provided to MMT customers were dirty, untidy. Same category of rooms if you are booking directly with the hotel, the room of good Quality are provided. Bathroom were dirty and not usable. on complaining they provided different room, but that took a long time. This type of biased behaviour of property owner is impacting the image of MAKE MY TRIP

had taken entire amount for 7-hours stay without any breakfast and behavioral issues. Even tea is also not covered for hotel stay. Very sad moment when i arrived the hotel at night 1 am and reception told me that he will not allow to stay due to insant booking done at night 12.15 am. Refused due to date printed on booking 15 May

Pathetic experience, mosquito's in room , mosquito's in washroom, used and unhygienic washroom. The reception guy took a decade to check booking details and hand over room keys . Pathetic Pathetic experience

Gaur in is located near highway very conveniently. Food at madhushala is costly but the taste is awsome. The door handle of bathroom door would come off every time you try to close the door. A bit poorly maintained. My room was spacious. It had a balcony with a nice view. Over all it has a nice ambience. The staff was good too.
