When I arrived in was told that the hotel was fully booked and they have arranged me another accommodation this was done when I had prior booking confirmation and payment done. When I asked for refund I was told I need to cancel and get refund from Fabhotel after a lot of time i was provided accommodation in the same hotel which I had booked. The experiences was not really good

I have not been given the same hotel i booked, took me to a down grade hotel. Made me wait for more than an hour. They didn't provide the free buffet.
