Zone by The Park Coimbatore

They gave uncleaned room ,bedsheets haven't been changed, no towels in washroom, and they didn't even clean the spills made by previous occupancy. I had to call the housekeeping manager to check the room he said sorry for the mistake and changed my room

The stay was good. We stayed for a night. The hot kettle was unserviceable but was quickly taken care of by the staff. Rooms are slightly smaller so are good for 2 pax only. But are clean and well maintenanced. Easy check in and check out. We checked out very early in the morning. And the bills were ready and so no waiting. The restaurant food was good. Location is excellent. Overall a good pleasant stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ I had a good stay at Zone by the Park. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable, which I really liked. The service was also good and made the experience pleasant. The food was okay, not exceptional but decent enough. Overall, my stay was fine and I would recommend it mainly for the rooms and service.

Awesome rooms . people have given a lot of thoughts while interior designing the rooms i think...taken care of very small small requirement and good variety of food in breakfast.......

We had a wonderful stay at Zone by the Park, just 5–10 minutes by cab from the railway station, making it incredibly convenient to reach. The room was spacious and clean.The hotel’s ambience is calm, inviting, and beautifully maintained, creating the perfect setting to unwind. The food was excellent , and served with great attention to detail. The staff were exceptionally well-behaved, polite, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the stay even more pleasant.

The property looks decently good and clean. Food was also good enough. The room I stayed in was decent. But no new toilet rolls and please upgrade the lighting ambience and controls.

We have ordered tea which was cold, also our room AC was not working and we had to call reception 3 times to send some mechanic

The cost of the hotel is so high and quality of room and hotel is very poor old hotel water logging in bathroom and old property not maintained well staff is good but hotel environment is very sad no ambience no quality

Except location, nothing else qualifies for quality at the exorbitant price point. Had an OYO room experience for a high price. Below average breakfast. Staff is completely unprofessional

The overall stay was good, but the most disappointing thing was that I got an arrival call in the morning and I told him that I would be there by 8 PM or 9 PM, and I also mention that I had a special Occasion, The I'm celebrating, despite mentioning there was nothing done in the room. Even two star hotel. They do something like a towel, art or something like that, but nothing was absolutely done, and I requested for a king bed, but instead ended up getting a twin bed, which Tied up together and it made it look like it was a king bed while I was sleeping. I realise it was a twin bed because of the gap that was the between which made me very hard to shift the room at the night after a long hours of travel around 12 o'clock, I was shifting my room into a king bed after them showing me two more rooms, which is similarly like that twin bed attached together to look like a king bed. The breakfast was nice. The coffee was very bad. The filter coffee was extremely bad.

The hotel lacks saftey measures. I was stuck in the lift for 25 minutes. Nobody was there to answer my distress calls for 15 minutes. Later one lady camme near the lift and I was able to come out after 25 minutes. No responsible person available in the hotel. No safety measures to remove a pesrson when there is a sudden power drip. I will not stay again in this property.

hotel is neat and clean ,rooms also good .

First most point would be the hygiene and the food they deliver. It’s really good!! Second would be the location and access.

It was nice stay, food was superb, will stay again
