Experience is smooth but TV was not working, had to call technician to fix same goes with Wi-Fi as well.

It was full of bed bugs I got disturbed sleep. And then they changed the room there also I have seen two bugs it’s a horrible experience to sleep with bugs and the first day was so horrible I was having so much disturbance

disappointing stay i specifically requested a smoking room when booking, but upon arrival, i was informed that none were available. This was incredibly frustrating as it was a key reason i chose this hotel. To make matters worse, there was drilling or construction noise during the day, which completely ruined my sleep. It felt like there was no regard for guest comfort or rest. Overall, the lack of attention to my request and the disruptive environment made for a very unpleasant stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing experience.
