Clean rooms and washrooms Spacious. 2 chairs, tv and its units with shelves, wardrobes. OK for a day or two. Serves the purpose

The facilities were really bad as door handle broke at night we were stuck in room for 3 hours. We changed rooms at 12 am and very bad bathroom. Also there is change in floor height in room in which we fell like 5 times. Also towel sucks as white stuff stuck to clothes and body.

Very poor maintanence of rooms. Had booked triple occupancy but it's double. It's not at all good. Over and above, the restaurant is also closed and no food available. The staff here says that it's only this if available and take it or leave it. The money is already paid and non refundable. No power back up as well. Not sure why make my trip refers such stays

My stay was extremely disappointing. The room had insufficient lighting, making it uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The bathroom was not clean, which was unacceptable and made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

The place is not like as shown in the pictures. Unhygienic restrooms and dirty blankets, the hotel does not have parking facility. Overall bad experience

No electricity, no tv working, very poor service. No wi fi

Hotel is located in virajpet 30km from madikeri. Hotel is located in main road. Room is clean and neat. In ground floor one restaurant is there which ll give you above average quality food. Especially kerala peole can choose the restaurant.

Check in and checkout not as per. They do not hon-our extension of time for ladies to change after attending a wedding. Strict on timing any extension of time charged rs. 500 extra. Just stay no coffee etc. Checked out well in advance. Never to go back there. Rude people.

Cleanliness is good, polite and helpful staff, parking was an issue but managed on road side, can still improve on room smell and hygeine

Nice budget stay in virajpet area. Good specious room and ac was well. Virajpet lot of restaurant is also available
