Washroom is very dirty , toilets flush not working room service is very poor

I am stay in first time in this hotel but my experience is very good. Hotel staff is very cooperative. Hotel situated at very prime location. I am satisfied for hotel services in every aspect.

Dirty room, TV not working. Balcony was very dirty. Food was good and service was fast. This is in apartment does not feel like hotel

Very pathetic people behave like up goons when asked for replace a broken glass water bottle , it's same in name of hospitality

Behavior of hotel staff is rude as when ask to remove the glass pcs of broken water bottle of glass because bottle slipped from the gripper handle and broken down , while lifting the bottle. I remain room arrest for more than 1 hour as the glass broken pcs were not cleared rather the staff claim that I shall be paid extra charges as I did it intentionally. extremely pathetic n poor in all respect

Room is good but privacy is pathetic in my 3 day stay my room is cleaned and serviced without my permission when i am out of my room also my personal belongings were in my room there is also such many possibility the hotel lent my room to some one else on hourly basis when i am not there its quite strange receptionist said “Humare yahan toh aisa hi hota hai” same is done for 3 days continuously. When i am checking out from hotel after clearing all my dues the receptionist told me to wait for some time “ we have to check status of room” as he think i am going to steal some hotel’s property or belongings so shameful and embarrassing for me.Never going to stay again there.Also suggest make my trip to look into this.

It wasn’t a good experience. Rude manager, torn beesheets, refrigerator not working in room, water leakage from AC, noisy fan, uncomfortable mattress.

Staff members are very cooperative and have a lovely experience. Everything is good and the view from the balcony is amazing

property location is easy to find foods are not satisfactory they charge unnecessary price for food rooms are not at all clean, it seems as if they are not at all interested in hygein

Bad Experience – Privacy Breach I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. In the morning, a staff member used their second key to open the door of our room without permission, while i was with my wife inside. This was a shocking breach of privacy and completely unacceptable for a women. Such behavior makes guests feel unsafe and disrespected. I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values their security and peace of mind.

overall bad experience. Sheets were bad, room were smelly, basic toilet itenary was not provided. Included breakfast lacks quality and different cuisine. Totally not worth the money.
