Terrible experience staff were so bad

Property were not provided wifi, handwash, Hot water. Which are basic need

We had booked 2 rooms for 3 people. The rooms were not at all clean. The bed sheets had dark stains. The rooms had a very dusty smell during entry. The rooms were very small and it was very hot. The bathroom door was not locking properly. Bathroom was very unhygienic. Toilet water was constantly flowing without stopping. Loud noises from nearby property was heard. The TV power socket was damaged. No response from staff when enquired about WiFi. This has been by far the worst experience we have ever seen from a hotel and would never recommend anyone from visiting here. Complete waste of money and peace.

The ground staff were supportive, but the proper communication is missing between resort management & staff. Staff were not aware of the makemytrip booking details or the room which we had booked. Done.

Very worst experience they have all amenities but zero maintenance the supplying food very late the behavior of the supplier is bad they drink liquor and doing the duty

Need to improve in restaurant and food quality, also room services was too much poor. No fan in rooms, no staff are available at swimming pool. This hotel not gives feeling like resort.

Resort looks nice and the location was good. The room we stayed in was nice, it was a semi deluxe cottage. Room and washroom was clean but there was a small cupboard near the tv which was very old and had insects. Food was very average, we swiggyd food for rest of our stay. Very average service too.

Excellent stay. My family is very happy. We would like to go again and stay at same place. Excellent hospitality, food quality, ambience, swimming pool is well maintained, staff was excellent.

We had our booking for a day and we were allotted a cottage. The cottage was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the swimming pool in the evening and the camp fire in the night. Food was tasty, finger licking. Thanks to the veerabhoomi team.

Stayed at this resort for 2 night. Positive 1. Very polite staff, from the receptionist to the helper, to the waiter (kumar. All the staff were very polite. I personally i nave r seen this combination in any resort. 2. Usually only breakfast is provided along with stay, but here we had the option to select one more meal with breakfast. We opted for dinner. Initially we thought it will be buffet dinner for all guest, but to our surprise we ordered the food of our choice and they prepared and served us hot. 3. Place is well maintained and can be easily reached using google maps. 4. Nisargadhama is 15 min drive and dub-are is 30 min drive from this resort. 5. No restriction on usage of hot water. Quality geyser installed. Improvement areas. We could not get a cottage due to high demand, hence had to book a single room. 1. Room is decent, but the paint combination is not that great. 2. Pols provide a bed light. 3. Fan is bit noisy, need to be changed. But with cold weather it is not of much use. 4. Bed is not evenly placed, needs to be adjusted. Oover all our stay was pleasant at this resort. Family with small kid can stay in this room if the above suggestions are implemented.

One of the best resort in coorg kuhalnagar. I have visited second time at this resort because of its location and facilities inside the resort. If you cant go outside also, you can spend leisure time inside the resort. Food quality also good and person serving food mahesh is very soft spoken and good behavior. As compared to resort capacity in weekend specially it will be houseful so can have more housekeeping staff over weekend, bit overall great experience and next time also whenever i will visit i will go to veerabhoomi only.

They are rude. Rooms were full of insects and mosquitoes. The service was pathetic. Never recommended this for anyone. They don't care for customers.

Excellent Resort. The resort has an amazing atmosphere. Staffs are well behaved. A clear swiming pool provided in this budget. I am strongly recommend and give full star ⭐ to this Resort

The stay was good and food ambience was good.

The resort is big sprawling over a large area full of beautiful plants. But it's maintenance is very poor. Plants and bushes need regular pruning. Rooms need more cleaning. Breakfast quality was very poor. Service and behaviour of the staff was very bad. Basic amenities like towel and soap were provided after six hours of continuous follow up.
