Hotel location is very good , at the top of ooty beautiful view from it . Inside hotel many activities are there but all are chargeable.

They provided worst rooms. Just because we booked they were not treating us well. They even charged more money for children's. Restaurant was not good.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was great, and the food was quite good too. However, the cleanliness really needs improvement. The bedsheets and pillows had severe fungus, which was very disappointing. The reception staff were also quite rude and unhelpful, which affected the experience. On a positive note, our travel arrangements were handled very well — Anthony, the driver, and Paul both provided excellent service and made the trip comfortable and enjoyable.

The property dint have hair dryer for the cold whether, it was not clean enough, but manageable.

Lots of repairing works has to be done for the rooms. No mats, no paint, seepage in rooms, damaged flooring. Damaged switch boards, poor quality incomplete wardrobes. Bad TV.....waste of money

The best part of this property is the entire valley view from the room itself. The staff behaviour is polite and rates are reasonable in non-holiday sessions but may be high in Holiday/festival sessions. The Restaurant food is okay at a reasonable price as in tourist place. Overall a decent experience.

My stay at this resort was quite disappointing. The room was very poorly maintained — the walls were covered in fungus, the door was broken, and the bedsheets were dirty. I had to ask the staff to change them. The person at the reception was also not welcoming or friendly; he didn’t even smile, which gave a very unpleasant first impression. Overall, it seems like the management is not taking proper care of maintenance, and the rooms are not suitable for guests to stay in. The only positive aspect of my stay was the beautiful view from the resort.

My stay was okay, but there were some disappointments. I was informed that breakfast was free, but later I was charged for it in the morning. The room was not very comfortable and lacked some basic facilities. I hope the management can improve these things for future guests.

Location is fantastic, only issue was the rooms, it didn't fit the description as in the MMT app. I had booked 4 rooms, iut of which 1 room was succocating and inhumane to live in as it had moulds. When asked for replacement, the operations manager asked to contact MMT for cancellation. While contacting the support team he asked us to check out from the hotel after we settled in. Lately I have been having terrible experience with MMT and its upsetting.

there were no facilities like water, hot water etc. hence rated it as poor.

Location was ok. The room was in very bad condition, not well maintained, and uncomfortable for a family stay.

Everything is fine and the food is great, but the food expense is three times as high as the normal rate. Ex: Idli 2 no: 80 rs. We have no option since there are no nearby restaurants for more than 6-7 km

The room conditions depends on the package you take. but property is good and since its at the top side the view is good

the view from the hotel is very nice. But it is not maintained well. The floor is dirty, and you can see the moulds on the walls.

Got a room with no WiFi - tv was not working - and more over bathroom is flooded by water 1 day gone like that

We select this resort for best view but they given normal room food quality is good but expensive And they charge GST for food totally not worth.. this is not resort just a lodge with small canteen and children's play ground better you can find another..
