Hotel Lakeview

The resort is at the very heart of the Ooty town, and is close to the Lake. Well maintained even though it's old. Food was good - offers a wide variety of dishes from Native to Continental. Offered good services and all the service staff were very helpful. Kids play area is available and the parking was available in front of our cottage.

This is the place I stay whenever I come to Ooty. This was the 8th or 9th time I am staying in Lakeview. Amazing place with scenic views

Very rude and unprofessional staff. We tried ro seek support from seniors from the hotel , who claimed that he is owns the property and there is nobody above him we have been very Regular with the same hotel but with this bad experience

The experience was bad — found poisonous frogs, bad sewer smell, poor hospitality, no priority to customers, and old rooms.

gusys, it's not a good hotel. First of all don't go with the pictures shown in the app, it is totally different. The rooms are small, the property is old and there is much traffic due to the narrow road. I had the worst experience. Even room service is late. The only good thing is food.

The stay was comfortable and hospitality is good. safe for family. Food was also tasty. Known around the surroundings.

The property location is good. Some time you get stuck in traffic on the boat house road. The rooms are clean and staff is very courteous. Will definitely go back to the property in future

we expect a warm welcome and proper addressing about booking details . we have followed up multiple times for the basic necessities which we have already booked over . it was raining heavily and we have requested one umbrella to reach restaurant which they couldn't provide .

service is average. Asked all persons id card in a 12 member family group for booking 4 different rooms.
