The property location is good. Some time you get stuck in traffic on the boat house road. The rooms are clean and staff is very courteous. Will definitely go back to the property in future

we expect a warm welcome and proper addressing about booking details . we have followed up multiple times for the basic necessities which we have already booked over . it was raining heavily and we have requested one umbrella to reach restaurant which they couldn't provide .

The hotel is very neat . The advantage is , it’s having a separate living area . The location is also good . The Food thy serve is very tasty . The room service of food is also timely and well organised . Some disadvantages are ; No anti skid tiles in bathroom so be very careful not to slip , The room is not airconditioned so if it’s cold you need to order firewood for which they will charge you extra 255 rs per set , a basic amenity like iron box will not be provided by them , There are only indian ans chinese food options available so if you are into healthier eating habits and planning to stay here for more than one night be prepared to eat only carb rich food for your time of the stay
