Location of the hotel is good. Its close to the heart of the city. The rooms r big n spacious. However the parking is too small n most of the guests have to park in open. Moreover the interiors are average. They did not give enough bottles of water.. even less than their own policy. We had to ask for extra water pointing out that its their own policy to give 1l water per guest. Room fares are too too too expensive for the city, ambience n facilities.

Average Stay
At the time of booking, we have selected premium room and when we checked in it was Deluxe rooms and one of the rooms had cockroaches. We did not the support from MakeMyTrip nor from the hotel. I had a very bad experience this time from both , I will have to choose very carefully which platform I am using for my travelling going forward.

Not a pleasant experience
Room provided was not clean enough, floor was sticky. Washroom was in a bad condition and needs immediate attention, especially the faucets and the stains on the glasses. Front office team needs training on handling the customers in a pleasant fashion. Condition of the rooms has deteriorated, I was visiting this hotel since 2017 and the maintenance has gone down significantly.

It was decent hotel in Kurnool in Kurnool with in house restaurant which very good and different varieties of dishes in South Indian style

Location , parking , washrooms and bed was not upto the mark better will suggest another hotel which is far more better than this hotel.

Room for improvement
Stayed a night, all amenities were good except for one issue. I called and asked twice for water bottles to be sent but they delayed and finally sent after 4 hours. I was thirsty the whole time. I know they were in busy time but I am also a paying customer, I expect my needs to be met as well. Room is good, service is good, location is good. Parking is nice.

Hotel is just 2.5 KMs from Highway. Rooms were clean. The food was tasty and the staff are very courteous

Poor Stay
The allocation of room facilities is not good. For example the bed is positioned at one place and the ceiling fan is located somewhere else where the breeze of fan can't reach the person on bed. Food is very costly and not so tasty. Room service starts at 7.30 am, but if we starts the day to work by 7 am, we need to get everything by ourselves from outside. Overall I stayed for years in DVR mansion and this time I felt to check Triguna but it leafy me a bad experience.
