In short, the hotel is neither hygienic nor much attention has been paid to cleanliness. In this matter, even a small dhaba takes more care of cleanliness. In the name of hotel, it is an average Dharamshala and not a hotel Apart from this, one has to ask for general kits like dental kit, towel etc. everyday and the tea and coffee cups, glasses etc. are so dirty and broken that you may not feel like drinking tea or coffee at all Yes, the staff here is friendly but I think they are also bound by the instructions of the owner Also, here you should check the taps etc. before taking a bath or refreshing yourself, otherwise you may find out later that there is no water in the tap.

Everything was good, staff waste vary polite and helping. breakfast was so good, less spicy and healthy compared to their thali/combo meal. Although they tried to make us check-in in other room that we booked as early checkin, but its your choice if you want it. Also TV was not working properly, there some volume related issue.
