The staff is good and also the hotel is also neat and clean. Also the hotel is in market so every thing is available easily and moreover parking at hotel is also available.

Rooms were not clean not well maintained and also food was not available no telephone in the rooms

I stayed in hotel on 28th June 2025. I booked hotel by looking photos and reviews of Makemytrip. when i reached hotel and see that all photos are fake and not matching the quality shown in photos. Same complaint is shown by other guests also. Rooms are not clean, bedsheets are dirty, water in floor, insects, no shop. we booked breakfast buffet but hotel manager told me cook is on leave. so they will offer only limited food options. When I asked him about reviews one of the staff told me they are buying fake reviews so even if any genuine bad reviews came that cannot impact our business. Some rooms of the Hotel don't have proper ventilation and even no windows in room.

Staff was so humble , facilities were so best Upto 3 star , food was so tasty, rooms were so cleaned .

I had a very bad experience. I booked 2 deluxe rooms, which were very small, no cross ventilation. last day, there is no water supply in both rooms. Phone no. provided by the hotel is mostly switched off. breakfast was included in my tariff, which was also bad quality, and service was very slow. I will not recommend the hotel as well as make my trip app. to anyone

average stay in hotel because classic room is very bad and upgraded room for 500 extra pay room bathroom is very small bedsheet is very dirty

The hotel is conveniently located, and the staff were polite. The room was clean, but the lack of proper ventilation made it feel stuffy, especially during the evenings. Noise from the street occasionally disrupted sleep. It's a reasonable choice for a short stay but addressing ventilation issues would greatly enhance the experience

We booked 2 rooms, the bathroom ceiling of one of the room were damped and balcony lock was broken due to which cold air kept coming in. The bedsheets were dirty, upon replacing the bedsheets, even dirtier bedsheet came from the staff. For the second room, there was no key to the room, hence, the room was continuously open. We had to keep our documents and luggage at the mercy of the cctv camera and hotel manager, no replacement key was made available to us. No glass to drink warm water, room was not even prepared for the check in even our check in was during 5pm in the evening. Worst experience ever, won't recommend anyone ever.

Staff was horrible. Service was poor. And there were mice in the hotel ceilings. Food was horrible tooooo.

The room were very spacious and clean. The worker are very sweet, polite. Best in this price range

Cab services provided by hotel was not good. Food was not good. Bathroom were not working properly.

The room to be quite small. While it was clean and well-maintained, the limited space made it challenging to move around comfortably. The bed took up most of the room, leaving little area for luggage and other personal items. Despite this, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient. If you're planning a short stay or don't need much space, this hotel could still be a good option. However, for longer stays or if you prefer more room to spread out, you might want to consider other options.

Food very high price, room not fresh ventilation problem, not lift, service staff language understanding problem

The room is neat and clean. Bedsheet and pillow are also neat and clean. The toilet is also clean. Food facility is also there, you have to tell the owner about that. I visited there with my wife and it was a good experience.

I liked the room location of the hotel and the best thing was staff was really good cheerful, really helpful. Room service was really excellent liked the food with very reasonable cost i will highly recommend to everyone.
