Poor Stay

I thought hotel is gonna be nice, but apart from room nothing was nice! room was big and had grit viewbut ac wasnt working! we realised they had dining hall in basement at -3 level where before u enter u see two common g washrooms stinking with doors open. The electricity kept going on and off, leaving u stranded if u are travel-ling with old people and toddlers. The lift wasnt able to take the load, hence very inconvenient. Food quality was bad, oil they used stinked, flies would land on your food(thanks to washrooms just next to dining hall, with on and off electricity u could not eat bread in peace coz e even toaster had no backup, it would stop working! service was ok, staff is nice

We stayed for 4 nights in the hotel. A few issues that we faced were repetitive menus on an alternate basis for breakfast & and dinner. The hotel cuts off the electricity after 12 noon till evening daily to save cost, which means - No fan/Ac/light/lift/wifi/room telephone. It came as a surprise to us when one of the travellers fell ill and decided to stay back. On our request, they switched on the power. Otherwise, the hotel was safe, clean, and hygienic. The staff was cooperative and the service was good. The hotel has no kids zone. The gap between the railing of the balcony is such that a year old child can easily slip through, which can result in a fatal accident. I felt the hotel was a bit overpriced, may be as it is their season time. Thank you
