Staff was nice and room was good, we enjoyed the food and hospitality, must visit place, budget friendly too

this wasn't my time at the ROSEMAN hotel and suites but I have to say -the best thing about this trip wasn't just the beautiful property and facilities but the staff who were the most attentive

Pathetic...staff Behaviour is not appropriate.There is lack of Basic amenities...Don't visit this place.I have paid rs 2650 for a night..But it's like Rs 500 service.....Avoid it.

No water supply, No service. We checked out without taking a bath. in night we brought several bottles of Water. we used it in bathroom for getting fresh. Make my trip must remove this hotel from the list.

Location is good property is standard not highly maintained dont have buffet at the moment receptionist was good but overall the hotel was not to the standard as per the pics

Checkin was late. Lift was not working. Wi-Fi was not working. They changed our room late at night around 12. We were two girls. Felt really unsafe. Breakfast buffe was not available. Horrible experience. They tried to take our phone and tried to rate themselves. Really worst place to stay with safety concerns.

We had the worst experience in the Rozman Hotel. This was a very dirty room. There was no cleanliness there and it was a very experience. We checked in at 11:30 pm and checked out at 11:45 pm. The quality of the room was very bad. waste of money. Guys, don't book this hotel, you will be regret.

Had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Roseman Hotel and Suites. The rooms were neat and well-kept, and the staff were friendly and professional. Great service, peaceful atmosphere, and a convenient location. Would definitely consider staying here again!
