Chq in prosses very bad staff very rude I have mention 2 adult 2 child age mention make my trip ap at the time of Chq in hotel charges me extra per child extra no support from mmt as well hotel they charge me

Photos are much better then real one poor service no lift no facilities they dont give a bit extra time for check out costly according to price its a 3 star hotel dont get confused by photos

The location is near calagunte beach. just 2 minutes walking from the hotel. Food is good but not a variety of options available. swimming is not clean on the first day and the room is not good but after the request it was changed. so overall it is an average experience .

Location is good and services excellent but issue with car parking and going by your vehicle get the parking issue addressed

Rooms are big, clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and professional. Swimming pool was good and well maintained. Restaurant was adequate and food was good. Complimentary breakfast had sufficient items and different on 3 days. Hotel is very near to beach.

Hotel at prime location,staff is so cooperative,food is something you love overall good option for any traveller to goa

No non veg food available but not informed during check inn and rooms were not ready during Check inn And water bottle filled with mud in one of the room even giving time to clean the room and arrange the room No tv no phone available in the room Not cleaned pool No hygiene

It was good …only thing they need to improve food item variety … staff was good and cooperative. It is close to beaches like Calangut and Baga so overall good

Over all experience is very good....property is nice, food is yummy, co operative staff, location is easy to access.....locality is also good, beach n market is also nearby......strongly recommended to friends n family.....

Property was very excellent, rooms were spacious, neat n clean, food was tasty but very costly,ample parking place... Staff was polite and helpful... Very near to the Beach, so we can visit the beach any time of the Day,

the rooms were good but the food staff was not at all cooperative. the management was also not supporting to the complaints

worst stay .. worst experience...not supportive staff especially house keeping and restuarant..... reception staff is ok ...

Rooms were really good here; especially te bathrooms (an important factor for me) as it had those handheld showerheads (which is very handy); the place was spacious enough, it had a swimming pool and...oh the service was really good too! Overall tis a good place to stay if you're ever going to Goa for a vacay. I still wish the resort could've been on the beach facing the sea though

Excellent Services of Ocean Park , Goa, the room was beyond comfortable n luxurious, awesome hospitality services, All the staff members are really coperative, specially the reception staff helped us a lot. There was some date issue in our booking. They really helped us, and whenever we come to Goa, we'll always stay in this hotel only.

Good resort having swimming pool and own restaurant. It have good view all swimming pool facing. Wash rooms are quite big. It is near to calangute beach hardly 3 to 5 mnts away from the beach.

Hotel was clean. Staff was so polite. Breakfast excellent. Only tea they should improve rest everything was excellent. Than u
