The First Hotel

Location is near to ISBT and also near to 35 market. Food was good. Cleanliness was average.

It is an average hotel to stay. Neat and clean. I am satisfied. One can come and stay once on an official visit. Price is very economical.

This is my 2nd visit last 3 months 2 things need to be correct this time I have facing bad smells in the room and food not good tastes, chicken biriyani is ok but motton was normal and only 2 types of fruits they served and it was same fruits no changes day by day.

I had a good experience in the first hotel Sec 43 chandigarh . I'm feeling better The service and food already is very good.

Everything was good- rooms clean, service on time. Food was also good. Just breakfast timings can be extended

Weird smell from the room and the common door facility is not good overall the staff is nice no bathroom mats were there no room slippers were there .

Ac not working

manager are very uncooperative rooms were very messy AC was not working a lot of noise staff did not do room service

Stay was okay. Food was good. I was not too happy with the material of the blanket and the pillows. Also the kind of shampoo that was given was not up to my expectations but overall it was good

worst stay at the first hotel, chandigarh staying at the first hotel in chandigarh was a horrible experience. the room was filthy, with dust on the bed, unwashed sheets, and a disgusting musty smell. the towel provided was torn and stained—completely unacceptable. the walls were paper-thin, making it impossible to sleep with constant noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. the staff was rude and unresponsive, ignoring my complaints and providing no assistance. this hotel is a disaster, and i regret ever stepping foot in it. avoid at all costs!

It's been a great trip. I found this property on MakeMyTrip app only and found room with very economical price ranges.

No hot water in Bath room. Anyone can imagine what happens when you take cold water bath in 15*C temperature. Room is not getting locked from outside. Room cleaning is not done.

Pathetic services. Beds were so uncomfortable. As shown in the pictures rooms are totally different. Very congested rooms. Staff doesn't care about anything. Even no fan was there in the room. Sounds of some work going terribly disturbing. I would never recommend anyone to come to this hotel
