It was good location was good staff was good

Need to change: they only provided one liter water bottle, which is not enough. Stains on curtains, chair, mirrors etc. while others are providing shower gel and liquid handwash, but they are still on soaps. No hair dryer. The handle of the desk was broken. The desk drawer has holes. Water bottle price is 99 in the restaurant, too costly. Meanwhile they provided a water bottle is amounts to Rs.25. Good things: there is a recharge for the TV so you can watch channels on it. Switches are unique. Slippers provided look good.

Disappointed with my stay at this hotel . Poha served in the breakfast was not fresh. Bathroom glass door had gaps after closing resulting water leakage/flow into the toilet area dampening the spirit. Water bottle ordered was delivered after reminding after 15 minutes of waiting. Small things but matter to a customer. Otherwise things are ok.

The hotel location is good. Staff were supportive and helpful. The food quality could be more better. The maintenance of the room should be looked into priority as washroom doors were not properly fixed.

on prime location, easy to locate. Great stay, good food, polite staff. Good lawn to sit and enjoy with family and friends.

Poor hygiene, abnormally small bathrooms, single dental kit for two people, no shaving kit, no slippers, no mini refrigerator in room. The room TV cable connection missed the basic channels even. The breakfast was horrible. At 9.15 am, it was like sweeping the base of casseroles. The toasts were cold. All in all, a waste of money.

The hotel is nice. Seems good but facilities are very expensive and not that great. Also location is near the station and airport but getting cabs here is tricky.

breakfast i ordered upma that was pathetic as i can share images too. rest service was good and ask for upgradation of room if available staff denied that is ok but there would be humble way to make understand customer.

Issues faced during stay: Bed was very small, my legs didn't fit on the bed. AC wasn't working properly. I had requested a wake-up call but no one woke me up.

Rooms not clean enough maybe bedsheets were not changed regularly and air conditioning is not cooling properly . Washrooms needs maintenance shower head was broken . Mattress are not that comfortable. Staff trying to provide excellent service , restaurant food is average and overpriced. Not worth the money. It says it’s 4 star but it doesn’t felt like it .
