The property is centrally located and is very near to the railway station. The property is nice, the room was spacious. The staff was nice and courteous. Breakfast spread was very good and fairly tasty. We had buffet lunch once and it was also good spread and fairly tasty.

worst Stay , Worst hotel - Never Again

“Worst Stay – Never Again” I booked and paid for an Executive Room but was given the dirtiest, broken room instead. The staff was rude and completely non-cooperative. At check-in, reception staff (Ravindra) misbehaved and arrogantly said, “I am the boss here.” Being a corporate customer who stayed here for years, this was our last stay. Absolutely the worst hotel experience – not recommended at all!

Poor Stay

i was given room no.214. rooms door had opening & closing issue, tv's remote was not functional, bath rooms drainage was blocked so while bathing water got accumulated & maintenance person didn't come even after complain , breakfast curd was worst in taste.

terrible stay experience. i booked a premium room, but their premium room bathroom is pathetic and the toilet seat was broken. they changed the room, but that was not a premium room. the room is dirty, and the bathroom is also filthy. the bed is so uncomfortable. hot water is not coming in the morning.
