Had an absolutely amazing stay at Allure Grand Resort! The property is stunning with breathtaking views, well-maintained rooms, and a peaceful vibe that truly lets you unwind. The staff was courteous and prompt, and the overall ambiance made our stay super comfortable and memorable. The only letdown was the food — it didn’t quite match the quality of the rest of the experience. Hoping they improve this aspect, because everything else was top-notch!

This property built on main road easily accessible....food quality superb...specially staff wow factor and river view and other things are awesome as well ...must stay here

The location of the property was absolutely fantastic. The river flowing next to it gave it a serene vibe. The staff was very cordial. The rooms were big and overall worth the price.

True to its name, Allure is a charming retreat that offers top-notch service and delectable food! The location is delightful, and the scenic sights, mesmerizing. The service was also excellent. Special mention must be made regarding Mr Prem Thakur, who went out of his way to ensure our meals were satisfying and enjoyable. Very thoughtful indeed! Mr Kuldeep was also extremely helpful and efficient. I loved seeing Manisha's bright and genuine smile. The only gripe I have is that some of the staff refused to smile or greet, and this was a little disappointing. Having said that, on the whole, it was a phenomenal holiday with enchanting views, scrumptious meals, and thoughtful and efficient service. Keep up the excellent work!

Rooms are clean, staff is polite. Kids had good place to play. Weather played dampner for us as it was raining otherwise hotel stay was good.

Great room, location, breakfast and service. Very good value for money. The property is right beside the Beas river and has good mountain facing rooms and courteous staff made the experience memorable

I have got my room as booked exactly at mountain facing with superb balcony Staff - excellent -5/5 Services -4/5 Property -5/5 Food-4/5. Location 5/5 Location access-5/5 - awesome location. Staff and reception behaviour -5/5. Improvement Food - breakfast / dinner improvement needed. Costly for kids. Extra bed quality should be improved. Otherwise ok

Hello My Name is Santosh and I had a superb visit in Manali in Allure grand Manali on 26th March to 28th March 2025 with the help of MMT original review. My kids and my wife are both very happy in a nice property that feels like home.

Location was fantastic Amazing rooms Good hospitality They had a hot water jacuzzi, but unfortunately that time it was not working Food taste was not that great They need to work on their north Indian cuisine.

Whenever i come manali i stay here only at allure grand as this is best property to enjoy snowfall. However this time wifi was not working here due to some problem in whole manali. Food is good and we stay in property only and enjoy alot here

Location of the hotel is top notch.. very close to Mall Road. The staff was well behaved, cooperative and helpful. We were stuck in the hotel due to extreme snowfall but they made sure that the electricity supply remained uninterrupted while also fulfilling any requirements that we had.

We went there with 3-month-old baby, there was a power outage during my stay. The staff manager who was present in the afternoon was very rude.Car parking was outside the hotel. There is no view in the ground floor rooms.

Property location was good, rooms are also good but food (dinner)is average. Breakfast is good, there are many options in breakfast.

Superb location good property just that 1-2 staff members are v slow. But nothing can take away from fact its a well maintained property

The food was very tasty specially soya chap. Hotel garden area is awesome for snow day and staff behaviour is nice.
