Cleanliness is a top priority, and we conduct regular checks. We wish you had informed us during your stay so we could have resolved the issue immediately. 3. Our property is just 300m from the main road (a 3-minute walk), and our staff is always available to assist with directions. We apologize if you faced difficulties and will work to make directions even more precise. We value your feedback and will use it to improve. While we respectfully disagree with the suggestion that our property is a “scam”. Many guests have enjoyed their stays here, and our commitment remains to provide a comfortable and authentic experience. However, we would like to clarify a few points for accuracy; our complimentary breakfast menu is freshly prepared daily and includes multiple options. We regret if the selection did not suit your personal taste. Cleanliness is a top priority at our property. All bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly by our housekeeping team. We regret if there was any lapse during your stay and wish you had brought this to our attention immediately so we could resolve it on the spot. While we do provide complimentary WiFi in all rooms, there may be occasional fluctuations depending on device compatibility or peak usage times. Our front desk is always available to assist in such cases. Our menu prices reflect not only the quality of ingredients used but also service, taxes, and operational costs. A chapati at ₹35 is part of our à la carte menu, prepared fresh upon order. We value your feedback and will review your comments with our team to ensure continued improvements. While our rooms are designed with natural airflow, keeping them fresh and comfortable even during the summer heat and also equipped with ceiling and wall fans, moreover we provide extra standing big fan on the guest room upon request, and we regret that these options did not provide you with the level of comfort you were hoping for. Hangers are normally provided in every room, and we sincerely apologize if this was overlooked during your stay. Our team would have been happy to provide them immediately upon request. Regarding Complimentary buffet breakfast options, we do offer a rotating menu along with a selection of standard number of 6 variety dishes each day. However, we’re always looking to enhance our offerings, and your input will help us create an even better experience for our guests, we‘ll work on providing free more variety in our buffet breakfast. Please note that breakfast is complimentary as part of your stay. Any additional items ordered from the restaurant menu will be chargeable. Our booking policy does not include complimentary bottled water; however, we provide two bottles on the first day as a gesture of hospitality. Additional bottles are available for purchase.
