The food ordered for dinner was too good .The room service staff was courtiers and humble. Will recommend stay in this hotel to everybody who goes to Kota .

lousy unprofessional and cheat hotel

Early check in promised by mmt was not honoured inspite of 9 rooms being vacant , asking for extra money. Intercom doorkey and Internet all mostly out of order and the staff is hardly bothered.

not worth the money

I booked this hotel for one night mainly because of its location and convenience for my work. There’s no doubt — the location is excellent, and the staff are truly wonderful. From housekeeping to the front office and even the diet and kitchen team, everyone was very courteous and helpful. However, the hotel really needs to uplift the quality of its rooms. I had booked a Superior category room, but unfortunately, it had a strong unpleasant odor and visible fungus in several areas. Even though the staff tried using room fresheners, the smell persisted, making it very difficult to sleep through the night.

Poor Stay

The room had small insects biting I could not sleep all of the first night Had to call up the GM of the hotel and get my room changed next day Towels were dirty Breakfast I had not included yet I had by paying separately. Two days the breakfast trays were empty before 8.15 am . Only one person in the place to attend all guests because they had an event on some other floor Food quality was below average and service was horrible Room service number was never picked up and every time has to go through the receptionist

Location, Room quality and parking area , driver's facilities evening is very good... One star is dedicated only because of breakfast quality is not upto the mark with similar properties and they are taking too much time ( 45 min. + ) even for simple food orders at restaurant. Also food delivery at room is taking tooo long ... 45 min. + Apart from this evening is very good.
