The location is awesome. Stay also good but the room experience is too bad the door is not locking properly not opening also good they need to improve quality of stay welcome and room

I visited same resort last year july 2023. That time it was good. So planned this time as well july 2024. But it was the worst experience this time. Restaurant service was not at all good. They don't know what management means. In advance everyone book the resort so they should do some good arrangements for people. First thing the food was tooo costly. Secomd thing at snacks time they don't have food option for kids. Not even milk. The tea and coffee was terrible. Staff should be more educate on management. Room was not cleaned. Soap towels bedsheet not available in room. We had to call multiple times for same. Funzone was good. Kids enjoyed thr.

Mantra resort needs serious maintenance and pest control. The cottages are old, ants are in every corner of the cottages. Restrooms can be more cleaner, and pleasant smelling with adding air fresheners, etc. No towel, tissues in cottages.

I booked and called them for process. They simply said you booked call them not to us. Check in process is so lengthy and slow. Food with fun concept is so irritating. One can't eat peacefully. Sound is too loud. Drink area should be separated from family section. No water bottles in room. No room fresheners. No coffee/tea. No towel extra bedsheet.

It was a nice stay. Hospitality was nice but property was in bad state. Food was good.

It is a very nice and peaceful place where you can spend time with family or friends. It was a great experience for us.

No hospitality, dirty rooms, not good food, catering service not good, most games are on pay basis, they not informed the schedule of breakfast, dinner and lunch. It's was horrible experience

Location is amazing, food is not so great, and rooms are hygienic, service is good.

Rooms were good, overall good experience. But food was average. There is pure veg restaurant. Worst food. Scenary is good.

Good property, not well maintained. And if you want to go carry your own food. They don't have restaurant there, and tie up with near by restaurant which worst and we found cockroach 🪳 in our sancks.

I have been to mantra resort from 29-may to 30-may. I had booked this resort. First good points 1. Mantra resort location is very good. We can go there in less than 2 hrs drive from pune. This is located on top of hill and gives plea-sent feeling once you been there. You will forget stress, tension. 2. No issues with car parking now issues i observed 1. They are running short of manpower and thus property is not at all maintained. This issue is visible everywhere. All the selfie points are useless, you will not feel clicking any photo as it appears you are in abandon area. 2. Two restaurants are operational but only one provides morning tea. You need to walk for 10 m to reach restaurant if you have booked deluxe or classic cottage. Room service is available but only if your order is > rs 200. So technically you won't get your first tea at room unless you order more than 10 cups of tea. 3. I booked deluxe cottage which promised me valley view but the cottage allocated to me did not have any valley view. They did not bother to correct this even after reaching out to them. There is gap between whatever you see and what you get. 4. Food options are very limited and costly. Resort is situated on hill top so once you are there, you can not have option to go anywhere else but to buy items at price they quote. 5. Not all water rides are operational. Same is applicable in game area as very limited games are available to play. Also pls note game zone activities are chargeable excluding few handful of games. 6. Not all internal roads are have sufficient lights. We struggled at night reaching to our cottage post finishing dinner. If you have senior citizen with you, this would be an issue. 7. There was power cut in the morning. Generator was switched on only after repeated complaints. They do not act unless you escalate. To summarize, it is better to avoid this resort unless they do course correction.

Very good picnic spot for family and kids. Both veg and non veg options available for lunch and dinner. Ample of parking space. Staff is humble. Overall good experience.

Good place 1 hr 45 min fm pune but no room service and disoriented staff, food at average restaurant with average rate

Huge area to cover the resort, well built and spread in nature but not maintained at all. Also they appear to be short staffed or do not apply their mind when guests flow in huge numbers. We had booked a classic bungalow at the last moment. They do not offer a package of all inclusive and u need to pay for each meal which is actually a buffet only. However, on arrival in evening we got the keys to a room but there was no one to assist to show the room. We thus went on to explore the. Prpeett and get some high tea. There was a games section with many different games. Certain attractions included archery and shooting, were paid but facilities were not maintained so wat u pay is just throwing away money. Other free games like carrom, chess, snakes n ladders can be explored. Our family was fasting so we reached the dinner table at 8 (timings were 8 to 10) but food was just started to being prepared and was served only after we started taking the utensils in hand at 9. 15 pm. Food was OK, very hungry so can eat anything then. Checked into the room late night and found the wc pipe broken and a fan in the main room not working. Got a room change and a deluxe bungalow but again the wc flush don't work. Some parts of the room were very bad and had some ants/insect homes built in. Very slow or no water in the wash room. Thoroughly enjoyed the water games next morning but the water needs to change and can be better. Breakfast included poha, misal, tea etc and was good. The lady at the counter for bfst was inhospitable. Again they took te to serve bfst so we asked for tea (was part of bfst and was unlimited) she kept demanding more money for no reason when tea was ready. Overall good place for a one night stay and get together with near dear ones. People at the reception have a very tough and big task and they do a good job based on whatever they can. Don't expect any lavish treatment or offerings.
