Behaviour of hotel staff is very good..room service, customer service is also nice... well located.veg hotel... no bad memory.. Food: veg available only,but given foods are fresh Location:near Secunderbad Railway station,property location is good Facilities: Lift facility,luggage dropping very smooth, My check out time was 9 am,I requested them to allow till 1pm, without any surcharges they allowed us... *good hotel*

Know this gotel, since long. Stayed there many times earlier. Most ideal place for our family get-together meets. Be it buffet lunch at Dakshina Mandapam or regular meal/snacks in Flavours. Pure Veg. Overall, the hotel was very good for the price point. A few things which I was unhappy - the kettle in the room did not work, the intercom telephone did not work, one of the plug points did not work. The bathroom was clean, the beds were near and comfortable, and other facilities were good.
