The stay was good. Room is bit small actually. The boy was very helpful on that night. He provided plates and glasses that we needed. Helped me with luggage. One thing they can improve is by actually providing toothbrush and toothpaste

The staff is very friendly and the rooms and the entire building environment is fabulous i recommend family, friends and all type of age group can stay here peacefully resturant and the market is 2 minutes walk rooms are clean and facilities are fantastic thanks for the experience

When i paid 1739 rs per room ac is not included so i paid 600 extra at the property. First of all make my trip is a worst application it doesn't have ac filter in the app all other amenities are provided in filter. This is 3rd time i got cheated because of this app first in manmad and second time in alappuzha.

Staff very nice. We had to cancel last day stay booked through mmt due to a family medical emergency. Mm t agreed for cancelation but hotel owner did not budge despite repeated requests. Won't be coming back sadly.

The rooms are clean, service is good this is the second time i am staying here so i will come back again

Stay was ok, i stayed fr 2 days but the rooms were not cleaned the next day and even the tea was very expensive

Rooms has table fan and not even a ceiling fan is there. No lift facility and rooms were not clean we just stayed 1night and it was too costly. But staffs were polite and they warmly welcomed us and provided us with whatever they have. Hot water facility is there.

Rooms were clean, staff was helpful and courteous. Only shortcoming is hotel doesn't have restaurant but staff went extra mile to help us in ordering food from nearby restaurant. Hotel can start at-least tea and coffee service.

They provided the room in the new building and rooms are really good. But faced issue related to extra bed. Make my trip showed extra bed included in the pricing but hotel representative denied extra beds and told not shown in their booking details. Please cross check extra bed details before planning your trip.

Ok. Lovely place with great hospitality. The room was very neat and well maintained. The staff very friendly and helpful. Overall had a wonderful stay.
