I booked hotel 1 day before and price is 540 and when i went in hotel they told we will not give room on this price they asked me to pay 600 more. I have no choice i payed 300 then they agreed total i payed 540 + 300. Not sure why this type of hotel are listed in mmt. Totally froud.

Worst staff and management

The hotels location is not good. The staff was very rude and improfessional. The room they gave me was full of dust, dirt and unhygienic. The bed and blanket was very dirty and not washed. The window of the room was damaged. There was no telephone for support.

Terrible Stay

I booked the hotel at Bhopal. As soon as checked in, the hotel management said that there is no room available at the price I have booked with make my trip, and demanded for extra. Is it the way you treat your customers? I have paid the remaining amount since I have no way to find another hotel as I am new to place and don't know local language. Its totally unfair to demand money more than price quoted online.

Stay location is not so good. Food and service not upto the mark

Required cleaning up the accommodation room and toilet also need improvement of food qualities along with room service. Overall improvement is required to stay comfortable.
