Poor Stay

Location is hood, however, the service needs massive improvements. The intercom wasn't working and it takes eternity for room service to deliver even a bottle of water. The housekeeping doesn't cleanup the room inspute of cleanup card being put up. The breakfast layout was limited with no breads and options to choose which appears to be roadside lodge. Also the breakfast was cold even for first serving. Cleanliness across was a issue.

It's about 2-acre property. Total approx 8 suits, ours was very good and big, very clean and many amenities including high speed wifi and many online OTTs including Netflix. Staff was very well behaved and courteous. We enjoyed our stay.

MPT Kerwa resort Stay review

Stayed over the weekend at MPT Kerwa resort and absolutely loved it! The location, rooms, view, food and staff is absolutely amazing. The rooms are priced very reasonably and the whole stay was value for money. They should keep everything as it is. We had some issues with room cleaning and changing bedsheet etc on the 2nd day of the stay and room service for an evening snacks. But otherwise, definitely recommend staying with them and I will visit again for sure!
