Very directly washrooms, lock was not work, AC is not working, no toiletries, no service, food is not tasty

washroom exhaust fan not working bathroom bathtub not required toilet not clean totally waste hotel unfit to stay

the photos have you uploaded is different from the actual room and hotel very pathetic and horrible stay what we had experience zero ratings for hotel and make my trip for recommending this stay we want refund

Very good location, ambience, fantastic experience. Room was clean, well organized. Staffs were friendly. Restaurant was good as well

The sheets were dirty. The blankets were not washed properly. There was stench in the room coming through washroom. The electric kettle was burnt inside.

The Hotel Starlit Suites is really a great deal. The cleanliness was awesome. The room includes kitchen also. And the, balcony to make you feel relaxed. Interior was also good with neat and clean bathroom. Lastly, the breakfast, so fresh and delicious. Staff is also so cooperative. Overall, 5 star from me for a good deal.

I had a very good stay at the property. The location was convenient, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. The food was also tasty and service was excellent. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this property for a comfortable stay.

The room was not in a good condition. needs major improvements. staff was nice, but overall the condition of the property was not worth the amount paid.

Room and the staff’s behaviour was good... i can say it was a good stay... but the room key doesn’t works.. each and every time i need to approach the receptionist to open the door.. for room floors i will give 2 out of 5... and for the wash room i will give 1.5 out of 5

I was booking for the night presented some crazy stay type - day stay - to be checked out at 5. I reached the hotel to check in and they were very kind to offer the room, I tried that but was not presented with any feasible way to contact. In the end lost the money but more importantly had a terrible experience and my old father was very tired at the end of it.

Property is not maintained at all. There is a issue of water, electricity, room hygiene, toilets are not clean and no lock from outside so it be keep open all the time and top of it toilet was attached in bedroom so now you can imagine the situation. No worm water too for bath. And flower of room is up n down ..

Due to Maintenance work we have phased a lot of problem. Power issues and water not properly coming.take care next time without disturbance We faced discomfort due to maintainance work issues
