The room was good and clean, but room service was slow, poor wifi connection with slow internet and disconnect frequently. Reception staff are not very attentive to the existing guest query and some staff have a very disrespectful and arrogant attitude towards guests.

the experience was not satisfactory. Towel's quality were not good. those were quite old towels. blankets had yellow stains. AC was not working

It’s not at all 4star hotel. Please see pics n video I posted. Completely unclean rooms. Dirty corridors

Ac in the room did not work. shower cap came down. white towel was quite black. hygiene overall was a issue. No regular maintenance n upkeep.

the photos have you uploaded is different from the actual room and hotel very pathetic and horrible stay what we had experience zero ratings for hotel and make my trip for recommending this stay we want refund

The sheets were dirty. The blankets were not washed properly. There was stench in the room coming through washroom. The electric kettle was burnt inside.

The Hotel Starlit Suites is really a great deal. The cleanliness was awesome. The room includes kitchen also. And the, balcony to make you feel relaxed. Interior was also good with neat and clean bathroom. Lastly, the breakfast, so fresh and delicious. Staff is also so cooperative. Overall, 5 star from me for a good deal.

I had a very good stay at the property. The location was convenient, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. The food was also tasty and service was excellent. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this property for a comfortable stay.
