When I reached they told Shivas Galaxy is fully occupied, they shifted me to another of their hotel Shivas Gateway, which was slightly lower in quality than Shivas Galaxy. This was little shocking to know as I had booked toom almost 1 month advance and I had also called to confirm a week before going. In Shivas Gateway, Wifi was a problem, it never worked while my stay. Room and facilities were average, wash basin was clogging and water used to take 5 mins to go. The 100 odd road to hotel was muddy and was difficult to walk. Staff and staff behaviour was excellent.

Having booked in advance with pre payment of 100% , hotel regret to offer us accommodation and asking us to get accomodated in nearby hotel. This hotel is more focused on corporate clients and paying less attention and importance to individual customer.

Don’t book even you are looking for basic stay.

Booked on Shivas Galaxy for one night for catching up early morning flight from bangalore airport the hotel at 3 PM that we will checkin late around 9 PM. Hotel person said no problem please come. We reached the hotel at 9:3PM , with family and 3 luggage. Reported at reception the same guy whom I spoke and informed and that we will checkin late. He said room is not available there is a seepage in the hotel. He said we will transfer you to our another hotel , which is Shivas Gateway , one of the pathetic hotel and the access I have seen and it sells at half of the price. When I objected that I can’t go to he said we will offer you food by this time if was already 10:30 PM , I had no option but to take food, actually it was nothing there to eat , we finished in 8 minutes and asked them to transfer us. We reached the other other and the room was one of the worst room number 403 they call it suite room. No curtains , the window glass is actually the bottom half of the wall which is just covered with broken bamboo sticks curtains , lights coming insider from the construction site bang opposite.
