ST Parklane Airport Hotel

The floor has cracks everywhere, the bedside sponge has come out and is looking unattractive, the bathroom commode was not in good condition, and also the roof of the bathroom has a misplaced tile which looks like a hole, and the bedsheet was also torn.

service is so poor. do not give false commitment in MMT. we are considering the same and expecting the same service . Thanks

It was good but location is average very uncleaned area near by hotel. Room is good but washroom water problem, Tab is not proper basin water is coming very high pressure. Staff is good,Food is good, Ventilation is not there, Light in room is very dim

it was a nice stay. food and other services were good but drinking water was available only on a paid basis. nearby location is not that good.

hotel was good, service was also excellent but rooms are not upto the mark, walls are very thin you can hear voices from other rooms, also some weird smell was coming from the room, small cockroaches although staff was very polite and well behaved and attentive, checked in at 2AM but response was very prompt,happy about it

No room assist provided to take luggages to room & forth despite request. Despite confirming prior night that airport drop arranged, morning drop not extended. We arranged our own car. In the room 3 plug points not working. In both rooms toilet flush tank push button strapped with cello tape so water release was not adequate. Lady in reception not responsive, replies no sir, not available. Rs4000 + rent for each room very high for the poor maintenance and unresponsive front office. You have marked it as 3 star hotel, where as its not a star hotel

This place is just fine for spending a night if you have nowhere else to go. If there is another option, please opt for that. the google reviews of this place suggests the same thing but we still stayed a night because of lack of planning. food, rooms, service nothing is good. just the proximity to airport can be a positive factor. apart from this nothing else.

Only the food was good, rooms were not up to living standards, while we checked in we have to shift to three rooms, in one the door access key was faulty, 2nd room the AC water was leaking heavily, then in third room the bath fittings were came out. And for 3 persons we could able to move in the room. Showers were not working, Electrical panel were coming out, intercom service was not available. The location was also very bad. Only the food served was very good. It was a terrible experience. No value for money. Hotel lobby is good but all rooms needed maintenance. Please do not recommend any people again.

I'm sorry to say this but rest rooms very bad maintance.

Not good experience Cleanliness was not up to the mark. No welcoming gesture by the front desk. The only advantage is very near to the airport

We had a comfortable and relaxing stay at ST parklane. We had to catch an early morning flight and the location of the hotel was perfect for that being just 2 kms from the airport. The rooms are clean and nearly maintained. Service was pretty quick and complimentary airport pick up and drop is a huge value add. The only negative part about the hotel is the road next to the hotel is very bad for about half a km

Hotel is nice but located in not good area... My Room A C was not working properly on first day stay... Reciepcniest answering rudely...

Foods and location are good but reception staffs are not cordial to co-operate

Located 1.5km from airport ..with free pickup drop facility..Complimentary breakfast was great..Staff was polite and room had all necessary amenities.I stayed for one night with nice experience.Only thing I disliked is n its location in a dirty colony with unhygienic surroundings But overall hotel is good for transit purpose

Properly was very nice and ambient. Food, hygiene are very good. Complementary 24×7 pickup and drop service for airport is an excellent facility. Liked the place.

Location: Away from main road. Food: Okay. Amenities & services: Poor. MMT should display whether property is in interior or on main road.

The Room was Clean and neat. The food was also nice and the airport was to close we just reach by <10mins only. The staff was also to good and supportive nature.

Rooms were not well maintained. Rooms are not sound proof, a lot of noise from the common area and other rooms. staff was helpful.

The hotel and staff all are excellent. We have very satisfied stay there and literally don't want to go from there. very good service by all the departments. and very delicious food also. And its very near to Chennai Airport, hardly 10 minutes. And its very convenient to go anywhere in Chennai. Such a lovely people in parklane hotel, just loved it ❤️
