There was no Vallet parking, we had to manage the car parking in such small space. Lot of power cut during night and the TV was starting with sound post every cut which led my baby to wake up. It was a nightmare for us. Bed is really small and I will not suggest if you are travlling with an infant. Some good part of it was that they got good baby food.

The Stay was really. The room was well maintained with everything in place from water to toiletries. The bed sheets were fresh. The room service was also fast. I had a complementary breakfast in the morning the spread was really good. The staff was also courteous. I was on a work trip so the staff helped me with invoices also. The room is not clean the towels the bedding are all not clean not white but coloured ...seems it’s been in use for a long time.. the room is not clean and the corridors are dirty not vacuumed full of dust and soil. The room itself is very cramped. The toilet is not clean and has yellow formation inside the commode. It is very much poor upto its brand’s international standards. The staff are good and courteous is the only positive thing. I will not recommend this hotel in the present condition.

we had a very short stay at the hotel. People at the late night reception desk were helpful and polite. The morning buffet breakfast had many options available. Vegetarian food was delicious. So as the service.

Property is worn out, old, rooms have a smell that does not go even after switching on the AC. Rooms are of small size. Food is very good and restaurant staff is very helpful and welcoming.

stay was ok not so supportive by front office or the housekeeping manager or restaurant in room service was upto the standard. overall disappointed.

I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott OMR, Chennai. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were extremely warm, courteous, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet had a great spread with delicious options, and the service team ensured everything was taken care of promptly. The hotel’s location on OMR is also convenient and well connected. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience, and I truly appreciate the hospitality of the entire team. I would definitely recommend this property for both business and leisure stays.

Room which we stayed is very small. But rooms are very clean and nice. Very polite and speedy service by the staffs. Food was very tasty and nice. No garden, parking area is conjusted. Over all okay 🙏

The staff is excellent, the front office staff is welcoming and well trained, professional and friendly, special word for Benison and Ming. Ranjan at the bell desk is great as well as the house keeping staff. Its a busy locality with restaurants and malls. the Marina mall is just 6 kms away. Nice Hotel, Fairfield / Marriott Bonvoy class. Location is not so good. But decent rooms, nice ambience, lovely restaurant & food and a great staff. Had a pleasant stay this time too

Had a very beautiful experience staying at this wonderful place!! Truly felt like home! All the staff treated us so well with their kindness and smile. And special mention about the excellent service offered by dining staff Samir. Truly overwhelmed by his kindness and service. Would definitely love to visit again.
