Location, food and services was good, only complementary breakfast menu was below average, rest staff were friendly

No proper lighting in the rest room since the light provided was not burning. The window was not having proper lock and getting opened. This is in the Room No.405.

A bit expensive for what they provide. It is not a smoke-free hotel. Not recommended for children...

The phone was not working inspite fo repeated requests. Nobody came for cleaning even once during the day and water was not provided which should have been provided while cleaning the room. Wifi was poor, even towel was not changed once during th stay. Manager at front desk was very evasive and not at all friendly. Overall stay was bad and Management needs to take care kf service

SBS is have good rooms but I have face hot water problem in morning

Property location is not bad, breakfast is not like our acceptation, Not good amenities there, no gyms, no swimming pool & services are very slow

Near to Pelamedu Busstop..Neat and Clean..But Staffs are Very Less When I Visited on Onam Day..

Very bad experience service is bad , kettle having a rust ask to change even after 3 times changing they give rusty kettle at yhe we said ok you go. Bedsheets is fatii and service person is saying this we only we have . Breakfast is also not freshly prepared.

NO Hot Water , Ac not working properly & No kettle material. Horrible Stay. Dont go for this Hotel as there are lots more .

cleanliness - Average Food -okay Staffs invading privacy They are entering the room without permission

Rooms are pleasant ,Clean and Good room service ,Totality outstanding but Food hygiene have to improve and On Day Night dinner not provided and one thing Hot water not coming always

Not working AC in properly. Bathroom door also know good.

Bad rooms no WiFi and staffs were rude as I stayed for a week. Do not recommend for business trips.

Land line, sofa, table and ladnline table were fully dusted. Was cleaned after gave a call to reception and requested them to clean. Felt its not worthy what we paid.
