Zero hospitality. Doesn't recommend.

The front office personnel were rude. They did not accept PAN card or an Aadhar card with local address as ID proof. It is understood that the organisation could be having rules, but conveying the same in a proper manner is basic etiquette. Zero hospitality. I came around 10 pm and they were outright not accepting any ID which was very rude without giving proper guidance leads to panic for anyone. Nor were they accepting voter as a complete ID proof which is a govt ID. I submitted a company PAN too and was told guests are not allowed because of Voter ID being proof. The WIFI was not working too. The hair dryer stops every min. Room no is 219. Never would recommend, should have checked the reviews given by others on Google before booking here. Very dissatisfied.

Property was good, but inspite of repeatedly requesting wifi was not working. Breakfast had variety and professional staff, though heared one staff saying customer mad during breakfast servings. Wifi was a big mess and Even laundry and food pricing was on higher side

Poor Stay

My Worst Hotel Experience – Poor Maintenance and Hygiene During my recent stay at this hotel, I had a very disappointing experience. The property is not properly cleaned or maintained. Even the rooms had an unpleasant smell, and to make things worse, I found bed bugs and stains on the pillows and bed. Despite paying a high price for the room, the hygiene and comfort were far below expectations. I’ve attached pictures of the bed to show the actual condition — it was truly shocking. For the cost they charge, I expected at least basic cleanliness and maintenance, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in any hotel. I strongly suggest the management take immediate action to improve the hygiene and upkeep of their rooms before accommodating guests.

Terrible Experience this time.

My experience this type was horrible, I have been given previously smoking room saying it is non smoking. Very old furnitured and shabby room, no drinking water provided, when I asked given me regular water in glass bottle. WiFi was not working it took 30 min for technician post connection the signal was weak and i was not able to surf. extremely worst experience this time
