I usually do not review any property, if I am doing it then there is a reason - I have never had such an unheigeinic hotel experience before this. there were bed bugs. I was so tired at night that I did not realise and slept, the next morning there were red spots on my back due to bed bugs.

It was good hotel Roop mahal. Basic neet and clean atmosphere with reasonable price. Very near to the padmanabha swamy temple.

My stay here was overall good, with a few key points to consider. The hotel's location is fantastic, a quick 350-meter walk to the West Nada, which was very convenient. The staff were also wonderful and attentive throughout my visit. While the room was on the smaller side, it was comfortable enough. A few things could be improved, though. The parking situation is quite tricky, especially if you're traveling in a larger 7-seater. The lot is small, and getting in and out becomes a real challenge once more than a couple of cars are parked. Additionally, don't forget to bring your own toiletries. I was surprised to find no soap or other essentials in the room. There was a refillable dispenser, but it was leaking, and there were no water bottles. They will, however, provide water in a jug upon request.

Very good. The room was very clean with good bedsheets and blankets. Washroom was also very clean. Recommended for family. Hotel is near to West nada. Hotel is clean. Just 500metres to Padmanabasamy temple with good restaurants and shopping places at nearby.

I had a stay in Roop Mahal with my family. The locations was very convenient, easy to find and accessible to all major locations based on my need and purpose. It was good to interact with the staff and their hospitality was good. The overall experience was very good. There is few improvements needed in terms of the maintenance of the double rooms. The triple rooms I found better than the double room in terms of maintenance.

Great experience to stay at hotel, the staff was very cooperative and room was also in good condition.

The cot was broken and tiles in the room were broken Very much disappointed so better check the room before you allocate

Room is not up to mark as old and teared furniture water leakage in bathroom .... mat better available in this budget

The room was very unhygienic, poorly maintained. They didn't even provide basic toiletries or water bottles. Staff behaviour was also not welcoming. The furniture was in bad shape. Please don't add such hotels

There are no food options, location is good , facilities are avarage , over all is good

not good and there are no basic facilities like complementary water bottle. And if you have booked online then they will not let you check in early morning and will let you check in at 12:00 PM.

I had a pleasant stay at Roop Mahal Hotel. The location is excellent—centrally placed with easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout my stay. I especially liked the rooftop dining area—it offered great views and delicious local food. Overall, it was a comfortable and value-for-money experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers visiting the area.

The room was neat and clean and service was good .The hotel is only walkable distance to West gate of Padmanabhaswamy Temple.

Was one of the worst stay experience I ever had. AC was not working properly and room had bugs and it bit me all over and got me a fever. Couldn't sleep for a second. Worst cleanliness and worst stay

Bad experience ,no extra bed, no parking,no drinking water,narrow road no proper ventilation and service is bad
