Classic Sarovar Portico Trivandrum

it was a nice stay at Sarovar Portico Trivandrum. It is situated in the heart of the city. Very near to Railway Station, Bus stand as well as International Airport. Good hospitality offered by the Hotel at an affordable price with neat and clean rooms and courteous staff ensuring a pleasant stay. Food quality was ok with availability of Bar also, services provided in restaurant as well as in room were nice. Being in the centre of the city it opens many other options like ease of booking affordable cabs, exploring the city and dining outside etc.

At Sarovar portico every thing including comfort, food, staff support,room service and the cab service provided by the hotel was very good. Over all had an excellent experience.however more variations can me added to vegetarian meal menus.

Food is good...Door bell outside of room is not there. Some tray items in toilet were missing. Toilet seats is too old in one room. Common passage is congested between rooms.

The property is at a decent distance from the temple but the food options are limited & service is poor. Rooms were not clean and upto the standard

The location is good. Rooms are comfortable. Check in and Check out was smooth. Staff very courteous. Service time be it Housekeeping or at the restaurant was a bit high. Overall a comfortable stay.

Comfort and convenience. Very courteous and supportive staff. Special thanks for arranging a cab in early morning. Cab driver Mr Rajan had been a great help very disciplined and intelligent person.

Location is plus for this property. Within 1 Km from Padmnabhaswamy temple. There is no Amenities apart from parking and service is average. Bathroom very small. Bed ok not very comfortable. Staff very good, very polite

Everything was perfect- the stay, food, location, service etc. the only thing i found odd was that housekeeping wasnt 24hrs. It took more than 12hrs to give us earbuds, which was a trivial ask as they said that cloakroom was closed. Else it was all fine

Good Embiance and pleasant stay

Hotel staff was amazing but I think pool was closed which wasnt informed to us before . Also hotel was not very flexible with the food of diff people coming from diff states

We had a pleasant stay at Classic Sarovar. They have good staff, they welcome you with a pleasant smile and take good care of you. Room was clean, nice with all required amenities. Food was also good - we had Kerala parotha with paneer. Staying there worth it. Special thanks to Alfa and house keeping staff.

The hotel is centrally located and very near to temple , which makes easy to commute

The hot water didn't work and the wifi was terrible

This property is very good...the room is spacious and comfortable, staff also courtesious. Breakfast is not up to the mark, no spread...that is the only disappointment.

Location is OK . Food quality was good. Internet services were not available satisfactorily due to some cable issues as indicated by the service personnel. From the airport, my driver dropped me to the parking lot. it was actually connected to the basement. No board or direction to go the reception office. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. The water flow in the bathroom shower was very slow. Don't know whether it was maintenance or water pressure !
