Gm, your website had mentioned the room size as 355 sq feet, but it was less than half of that! the hotel management said that it's a wrong communication obviously, one of you has purposely given wrong information. I demand a written explanation on this! regards,

The room were clean and very spacious. The breakfast served was also good in taste and quality. Overall it was a wonderful l experience. Thank you

Very dirty and unhygienic the sheets and towels were not clean. The room was not clean either, it had spider webs near the bed and in the bathroom. Very poorly managed

Cleanliness was very bad for entire room and washroom. Room was not ready to the time of checking. Bad odour is coming from room.

The rooms are extremely dirty and creepy. They had used soaps kept in washrooms. Dirty washrooms. Bedding stinks. And night someone tried to open the door. Worst.

No lift, have to go by stairs upto three floors, ac not working, bathroom wash basin choked, toilet jet spray without hook, my life's worst experience

Stay was pleasant, staff are helpful. On the negative side ac was not working, as it was raining it didn't matter, dish tv connection isn't great. Swimming pool water isn't great it burns your skin and eyes

Location of this property is prime, it served my purpose, close to chogum rd and the nh17 highway, the rooms are decent for the price, the staff was very helpful and active. Got good support from mr yogesh and mr lawrence. Will definitely go back. The morning chi was simply wonderful, loved it.

Room is ok. Ac does not work, so i need to change the room. There is no other facility at the hotel compared to the paid amount. The room service is not proper.

Overall, i enjoyed my stay, but i faced some small inconveniences such as a faulty fan regulator and a non-functional ac remote. The breakfast and the rooms were satisfactory.

This property is little away fro the highway. Neat and well main maintained rooms. Washrooms spacious and clean. Only drawback is the location
