Good and clean room, cooperative staff, excellent location, well connected to the tourist places, nice service and delicious food.

Location is good, the breakfast buffet was very basic (just parantha, sabzi, bread and eggs. Could have been better). They allowed early check in for us by 2 hours but the door lock was not functional and had to ask for a manual key for it to work. The room was tidy and big, but the towels were orange and did not look clean enough.

If you are looking to visit the casinos then this is a great property. It is not that close to the hustle and bustle near the casinos but not that far as well. Pricing is reasonable and service is up to the mark. Breakfast was not bad but it can certainly be improved in terms of taste and variety. You have a supermarket and a good wine shop opposite the property which is handy. It also has a small pool and pretty much ticks all the boxes. We would certainly be back at Rio Boutique for our future visits.

Worst management of the hotel. This 9 days booking was made for a friend and they could not travel due to death in the family. Hotel management neither refund nor gave date change options. Even MMT couldn’t help. Hotel management (Sarvesh, Abhishek, Suvidha) did not want to even come on conference call or discuss regarding this. Entire 9 Days money they took. No hotel in this entire world would do this. Pathetic experience. Worst management, this 9 days booking was made for a friend and someone in his family died so they couldn’t make it. The location was ideal. Staff was very good. Very accomodating. Customer service excellent. Could improvise on the layout of breakfast. Small things like providing a cheese omelette should be done

well recommended in the budget slot.. staffs out there are extremely friendly. food tastes really well.

No welcome drink provided, no kettle in the room, no packaged water, no toiletries. Very very basic amenities. Very far from the happening places. Not even one restaurant near by 1. 5 km radius. Very very limited buffet breakfast with 2 to 3 varieties. Most of the staff will not even greet you with a smile. Overall our stay was not satisfied, we just passed our days of stay and nothing much.

I havent travel-led bcoz just a day ago some shocking incident happened as my cousin felt dead in an accident so i tried to contact the property even mmt for the refund nobody has responded and just my money has been wasted

I find the property in m. N. T 5. Years ago and i like the property so much and i centinew again & again i never disappoint in this venue good/staff/food/maintain.
