The room was of reasonable size, maintenance is good. The property location is so so and good for people who want to spend a fee days in peace and tranquility. The access to market is however not easy. Food was of good quality, amenities required improvement, room services and staff behaviour were good.

Cleanliness- 5 star, Rooms- Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious, Staff- Courteous and helpful, Bathroom- Small and suffocating, limited ventilation, Food- Excellent dinner, Breakfast- Normal, just ok. Good welcome drinks. Overall stay would be 4/5. I would say hotel overall is a bit old but there is an active effort to make stay comfortable by staff and overall Royal orchid management. Given the price paid, I would consider it for staying again if visiting Haridwar

Everything tasted fresh and was beautifully presented, which made it feel extra special. it was a pleasant stay at Regenta Orko's haridwar. Everything was great, great hospitality . Neat & clean rooms, good food. Staff was very helpful & cooperative & helpful thanks, Mr.Pradeep, rajat & bhuwan. It was a great stay The food was delicious, and the room service was perfect. The housekeeping staff was very helpful.
