Good Stay

Stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around. Rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was courteous. However, two things could be improved: the TV screen was quite small (under 32 inches), and the fridge was oddly placed outside the designated cabinet. Otherwise, everything else was great

Poor Stay

AC wasn't working, after requesting many times they changed my room. Also noticed priority was given to offline booking guests.
