I stayed in Romm no.306, Though the room AC,TV are working nice. 1.Two plug points near the bed is not working for charging mobile. 2.later i removed TV socket and used the same. 3. not able to get hot water, when asked management was telling there is problem in solar heater. 4. ⁠Room cleaning was not done regularly

The location was a few metres away from the new bus stand and is quite accessible. The room service can be improved. Apart from. that the rooms were quite good and overall the experience was good

My stay and the room they provided was the best ever experience. I would surely recommend this hotel for sure to my friends and my family . Overal it was great to be there

One of the worst stay, we had a bad experience. Room is full of mosquitos and mini refrigerator and mini bar is not in working condition. Zero value for money what we have paid.

Found this property at make my trip, and it was the terrible experience for my family. The property is very very old which needs lots of renovation. Also there are lot of mosquitoes and there is no hot water, the moment we entered into the room, because of the old furniture and bad maintenance the room is smells bad, management should take the necessary actions in all these aspects to continue their business, don’t ever book this property when you are planning with kids.No proper response from the staff. No care waste of money and family please avoid. No proper security in the bathroom glasses were removed.

Worst experience ever, OYO stays are far better. Rooms are very congested, not clean and washroom is very unhygienic. Not at all worth for the price.

after checking in at afternoon.....at night 10 40 I was told tat I have booked room for one person only......later I went to show tat booking for done for 2 people.....they got convinced but before getting convinced I was told by one of the staff we usually don't give room to Cuddalore address and later accepted their mistake.This is to clarify tat Cuddalore address people pay n stay and not stay for free.....

The hotel room and bedsheets were not clean. After checkin have to ask to clean everything. Spiders and cockroaches were there in both the rooms we book

It’s located exactly opposite to Pondicherry new bus stand. Easy to access other famous spots, I can say decent stay, Room with AC and mini fridge available. Receptionist always helpful and he arranged rental bike. Since solar is placed can’t expect hot water before 9am, have to take normal/warm water for bath. Food not available at stay, can order online or visit outside.

Decent hotel. No restaurant but helpers can support to buy food outside. this hotel is surrounded with shops and near bus stand.
