Dirty, Smelly, and Poorly Maintained

Awful place to stay - Dirty , full of cockroaches, torn bedsheets , stained pillows. It was just a nightmare. The best part is their security guard who is super helpful.

Poor Service Provide By Hotel

Booking time jo jo amenities thi but wo hotel check in time p zero service . No dental kit provide, no shaving kit provide, hotel service is too poor , room also poor, 1st day tv hi ni chla , 10 baar 9 no p call krne k baad v koi complaint p resolution ni, aur food is not good. My experience was very bad because the room I stayed in didn’t have a working door lock. When I entered the room, there was a strong unpleasant smell, and there was no TV remote either. It was a very bad experience overall. I will never book with them again.

The food at Hotel Golden Saffron was absolutely terrible. Dinner was a disaster with old, stale rotis and the raita was smelly and unappetizing. Lunch was no better-my coffee was watery and cold, and the sandwich had a very bold, expired-tasting mayonnaise that made it inedible. Overall, the quality was poor and very disappointing.
