Stay was good. Staffs were nice. Overall better experience. Worth the price! Washroom is maintained neatly

Toilet lock is no proper, Food available only Idly & Dhosa, no Puri Sabji or Bread Omlete . Ground floor room provided which is stuffy.

Very small room and bathroom is tiny . Congested no ventilation. Entire hotel has dust smelly air from lounge itself. No toiletries. No basic amenities.

If you are looking for spacious room then this is not the place , room are very small hardly any space to walk within the room , but the location is perfect when it come to travelling by bus or metro .

location inside the city , both Ernakulam north and south stations are nearby. good Property, though can do better. Complimentary breakfast was good. Decent stay

The bedsheets had visible stains and didn’t appear freshly laundered. The towels provided were worn out and had an unpleasant odor, which made me question how well they had been cleaned.

Everything is good. Staff reactions are very appreciated. Overall performance is very excellent.

The staff were courteous, helpful, and very attentive to guests’ needs, which made the stay comfortable and welcoming. Their service really stood out. However, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. The overall hygiene, especially in the bathroom area, needs a bit more attention. Some of the bathroom accessories were worn out or damaged and should be replaced to maintain a higher standard of upkeep. With a little maintenance and focus on cleanliness, this hotel has the potential to offer an excellent stay.

I noticed many negative comments about this hotel, but I wanted to share my personal experience, which was quite different. For the price I paid, the stay was definitely worth it. The room was clean, neat, and comfortable. What stood out most was the responsiveness of the staff – they were quick to address any requests and made sure I had everything I needed. It may not be a luxury hotel, but it delivers good value for money and a pleasant stay overall.

The location is good but hotel room had lot of cockroaches and no kettle for warm water in morning. More hygiene required. Also, breakfast quality is very poor, advise not to book with breakfast.
