Two issues with this hotel 1 no door mate 2 bath room floor is full of staining

Rooms weren’t cleaned properly. Room was musty, my family fell sick. We were a party of three and booked 2 rooms, we were given twin beds even for a couple and the rooms weren’t adjacent. We were asked to change rooms in the middle of the day randomly and the hotel still didn’t give the family adjacent rooms.

The stay was fantastic as expected. The rooms were very near and clean with a beautiful city ambience. The food was delicious and with a wide variety of choices

Pros: Decent location, food (except they use same base irrespective of dish ordered) Cons: at reception. Have never seen any hotel with somebody so unpleasant esp at a front desk. Room was not available to check in at 2 pm when our checkin time was 12pm. She was not all apologetic and rude. Second mentioned we prefer 2 king beds as we have kids in both rooms. She said outright they don't offer choices to people who made bookings through other portals.. All through her tone was condescending as if she is doing people a favor. Now the twin room itself is terrible option as it's width is akin to bystander beds in hospitals.

Excellent service / room / Food .great location and easy access to Metro and airport . Very good for business travelers

There was a lot of confusion while taking cabs went at the front gate . Moreover the back gate was closed when my cab arrived. The toilet flush was not working properly.for the price other better hotels are available. Food was good.

Request of early check-in was not considered. Room service after 10:30 was not good with very limited options

not worth as the payment.. need to renovate. not satisfaction. other gokulam hotels are comparatively good.

Shower - no door. Room - stinks, safe- broken. Bed - ugly. Staff - courteous. Breakfast- Okay. Location - good.

I stayed at Gokulam park on July 4-5, our stay was really nice, very good service from the staff, room was spacious, neat and clean, very good location, overall stay was really nice experience
