Our stay was a short time but it was a very impressive room. We had a sound sleep. The recliner in the room was amazing and the ambience was very delightful

Well maintained and clean rooms. Ample parking space. Courteous and helpful staff especially the front desk ladies and the security. The staff at the restaurant were courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great with tasty items in the menu. All the items were tasty and well prepared which was worth the money spend. Cons: The room service took sometime to reach us. Some times there was no response to service calls and had to call the front desk to divert it which took some time. Restaurant food was kind of hit and miss.

Excellent staff and support food also up to Mark and heart of city easy to access to all major tourist centres with the help of metro

First Of all I want to share that make my trip prizes are not good when I was go for booking hotel tha base price show me only 14459rs for three days but at final billing it was 19660 with taxes. in my booking I have complementary dinner but the hotel staff provide me a bad dinner menu only veg option only a single dish in every section.

Dear Team This property is very near to North railway station. The staff are very humble. The rooms are very good and specious . I suggest that your family accommodation in the hotel is very enjoyable.

The hotel is located in the middle of the city. The property is nice and hotel staffs were very helpful and cooperative. Rooms are also good.

The hotel is next to town hall metro station so commuting is very easy. Pothys shopping centre is about 300mts away. Calicut notebook restaurant is opposite pothys. Great location to stay. Buffet breakfast food was excellent. Service was good. Rooms are neat and clean. Excellent place to stay.

The stay is excellent and the ambience is awesome. The staff are very helpful and good.

Not worth for the money spent. Toiletries provided were not adequate for the family and having no shaving kit also. Food is pathetic. The restaurant was empty. Even then, the waiting time for food was more than 30 minutes. Staff is not friendly and caring. Nobody was there to pick the luggage when we arrived. Much better hotels are available nearby for less price. Not recommend this for family trips. Only plus point is that it is in the next compound of metro station.

Hotel is top notch and located centrally just below the metro station and very close to the main streets of cochin, service is great and food is aptly priced overall a great experience

Room was good but bathtub was not in proper working condition. Water was not going from bathtub and had to use screw driver for that

general manager of pgs vedantha talked badly to us, he was very arrogant and he restricted us frm using zomato, he is a kind of a person who deals well with people with coat & suit and deals badly with rest. will never opt pgs vedantha in future. I didnt stayed here, i want my refund. you can check the bookings. i was dissatisfied with the hotel and immediately checked out. and booked ginger mg road. i was with my aged parents n wife, there for couldnt take risk. pls check my bookings. same day i booked ginger via make my trip itself.
